Extremely rare 1st flush Japanese Premium Gyokuro green tea.. Leaves of this green tea are picked around the eighty-eighth day from the beginning of spring, which are long-steamed first crops of tea that have excellent flavour and aroma. Gyokuro should be made at a mild temperature (50C to 60C) after the water is boiled, pour it into a cup first to cool the water slightly. About 1 minute later, pour the water onto the tea leaves to make the tea. Steep for 1 minute. Includes a Japanese washi (origami) tin.
