The unopened pearls reveal traces of the fine downy covering found only on the youngest leaves, often classifying it as a white tea as well. This imperial plucking, where the bud and top leaves are plucked together, creates a blend of both white and green tea.

Brewing Instructions:
For the perfect cup, use only two pearls per cup and pour hot water (around 80°C). Let the tea steep briefly, and you can re-infuse the pearls for multiple servings.
