These buds, picked pre-dawn on just two auspicious days of the year, are covered in a delicate white down, giving the tea its silvery appearance and legendary name.
 
Unprocessed except for gentle air drying, Yin Zhen offers a light, refined infusion with a soft mouthfeel, delicate aroma, and subtle sweetness. This is not a tea of strength—it’s a tea of elegance, best appreciated by those attuned to subtlety and grace in flavour.
